Our Long Island office is in Melville, right off Broadhollow Road. You do not have to drive there. In downstate New York, we can send a driver to pick up your paperwork. That includes every town in Nassau and Suffolk. We can also handle much of your case by phone and mail.

Suffolk County: Babylon, Huntington, Melville, Islip, Brentwood, Bay Shore, Smithtown, Brookhaven, Patchogue, Riverhead and the East End.

How we build your claim

  • A free first talk about your work, your health and any letters from Social Security.
  • A full medical history, so nothing is left out.
  • Requests for your records from every provider, from Long Island hospitals to doctors in New York City, with follow-up until they arrive.
  • A legal brief for your claim.
  • Appeals at every level if you are denied. See Denied? How to appeal and SSD hearings in New York.

Fees

No fee unless you win. You will not be charged for case expenses if we do not win your case. We use the standard Social Security fee agreement. Fees are set and approved by the Social Security Administration.
